Tottenham Hotspur have submitted an offer to Atalanta to sign promising attacker Franck Kessie, according to SkySport Italia.
Tottenham’s offer is 23 million Euros (£19.4m), and Atalanta are weighing it up amid interest from clubs around Europe and are holding out for higher offers
Juventus are also keen and have offered to loan Kessie back to Atalanta, whileSkySport Italia report Leicester City and West Bromwich Albion are also interested.
Calciomercato report Arsenal are monitoring developments and may now act, having identified Kessie as a potential replacement for the injured Santi Cazorla.
Kessie is 19-years-old and already a regular for Ivory Coast, with 10 caps to his name.
He is a central midfielder and is currently under contract until 2021, meaning Atalanta are under no pressure to sell this January.
In 13 Serie A appearances this season Kessie has scored five times and provided two assists, and also has a goal in his one and only Coppa Italia match.
