At just 20 years of age, Kylian Mbappe is already shaping up to be football’s next superstar, and has a better record than Lionel Messi at the same age.
The forward already has a World Cup under his belt, is breaking various records and has far superior statistics compared to Messi at this stage of the Argentine’s career.
Mbappe already has 96 goals for Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain and France, while Messi only had 30 goals by the time he was Mbappe‘s age.
In the Champions League, Mbappe has 14 goals compared to 20-year-old Messi‘s 11 and, if you dig deeper, a 20-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo had scored just two in the competition.
Mbappe is already competing for the European Golden Boot with Messi and has just three fewer league goals than the Barcelona man this season.
